Our sweet kids in Haiti

He Loves the pool!

Our kids Had the day off on Friday so we took the kids to the pool. We had told them the night before we where going to go swimming they where so excited,but then that night it ended up snowing and so when Fabrice woke up and looked outside he was so worried that we would not be able to go swimming we tried to tell him that the pool was in a building.
Fabrice was so cute when we got there he just ran to the water and fell in.
We loved that little Yonelson just loved the pool,we where not sure if he would since everytime we went to Haiti he would get his suit on but not really get in the pool. But don't worry he loves the pool he was the one that cried the loudest when we had to leave. They are doing so good their hair is growing so fast there stomach is getting flatter and they are picking up on english and we also have found away to talk with each other. I love that when Dave comes Home from work they all run to the door to Hug him,It just feels so right to have them Home with us.
Almost a Month since they came home

On March 3 it will have been a month since the kids came home,and they feell like they have just always been part of the family.
Fabrice started school last Monday and he loves it,the teacher says he is doing very well he really like's math and to play Basketball at recess.
The next big thing Fabrice has done is to learn how to ride a bike with out Training wheels.
This last weekend we took the kids to the zoo and they real loved watching the Animals.
It is still sometimes so shocking to think that they are here for good!
Are older kids are doing great and having fun with there little Brothers and Sister.
What a month!
They are Back together

On Sunday we where very blessed to hear Chareyl and Lori give a talk in church about our great team Hope and how many great miracles we where blessed to have to be able to get the kids Home to there forever family's.
It was so fun to see the kids faces when they saw each other,Fabrice and Jean tony where so cute to watch. I am so glad they will be close so they will be there for each other. I want to thank Chareyl and her family for inviting everyone over.
I can not wait for another get together it was so good for the kids and the parents.
The Joys of being a kid

Today we took the kids to Jungle Jim's they could not believe it when we walked in.
They where not scared of any of the rides and they thought it was so neat to be able to drive there own Machines.
Yonelson just loves everything he all ways has a smile on his face. We still can not get over how well he is adjusting to everything.
Fabrice sometimes we have to remind him he is a kid and to have fun.
Nerlande is so sweet but also has such a spunky little attitude.
What a great blessing to have them home and to watch them just be kids
Happy Birthday Yonelson

On Saturday we celebrated Yonelson Birthday his Birthday was Feb 10.
Who would have thought we would be celebrating his birthday this year.
He received Bikes,cars,and a pirate ship,plus lots of Kid Dvd's But his favorite thing was a box of Leet(Baby Formula).You can see in the pictures he could not even put down the leet to unwrap his presents. :) He had the cute Cake thanks to his Aunt Trista and her sister who made it.
We love this little class clown who has definitely came out of his shell and is so full of life and lots of smiles!
